What is “Ultimate Customer Service”?

September 27, 2016 by James Aldcroft

Today I’m talking about “Ultimate Customer Service”.

So, would you say that you do everything possible for your customers or service users?

I know that you do so much, but 150,000 people are still dying every year in accidents where First Aid might have saved their life.* These situations can come about anywhere and many of them happen at work places just like yours.

So, I would say that the ultimate act of customer service is being able to step in and save their life when they are in trouble.

What takes place in those vital minutes before the ambulance arrives can decide if a person dies, or goes back home to their family.

How far are you willing to go for your customers?

Why not be the one in your organisation to suggest First Aid training for you team?

Spending the day with us will give you the skills and confidence you need to act quickly in an emergency. These skills will be with you should a colleague, customer, friend or family member need you.

Our Emergency First Aid at Work course covers all aspects of First Aid such as CPR, burns, choking, heart attack and shock. We also cover first aid boxes and reporting injuries so you will also be confident in these areas.

We pride ourselves on covering these topics in a fun and practical and engaging way. But don’t just take my word for it!

“‘Ha ha ha ha …Staying Alive’…….An absolutely brilliant day on the Emergency 1st Aid Course with the fab James from The Square Lemon Trading Co….So much learnt and a must for anyone who has not had training in quite a few years.”
(The Hangleton and Knoll Project)
